Healthy Brunch Style 15 Minute Meals class is designed to address the problem of busy professionals, like my husband, compromising their health by skipping lunch or eating poor options around the office.

I will show you how to prepare a healthy and colorful brunch style meal in 15 min that your friends and family would love.  

We are going to prepare and enjoy: 

  • Shrimps for non-vegetarians
  • Stuffed mushrooms for vegetarians
  • Perfectly soft boiled eggs
  • Polenta with spinach and chedar cheese
  • Gluten-Fee Waffle with yogurt and fresh fruit

We are going to learn how to: 

  • Cut down on time
  • Present the dish to impress

Mimosa will be served with the dishes and if the day is nice, we'll enjoy everything at the garden.
