Cooking has always been a tradition in my family, and since I was little I have spent a lot of time in the kitchen learning dishes. Now I am combining my passion for health and well being with my passion for cooking. 

Although I worked in finance and banking for 12 years, when I moved to the States, I decided to pursue my true passion: Spanish food. I am passionate about catering parties, sharing food with friends, and showing others how to boost their cooking skills.
